Back in March I negotiated a new contract to start when the current one expired,but with the failure of the billing to recognise the discounts agreed,was overcharged,by £14.89 in April.Several tickets were raised ,and as far as I can ascertain,closed after being answered.How can this be when the problem was not fixed,just an explanation that the billing system had failed!This month,I have received an incorrect bill again,with no credit applied concerning the overcharge in April,please would accounts fix this once and for all,or will it be a can of worms for the next n months?
