Discounted contract coming to an end

Hello, hopefully a quick question...!

My 18 month phone and BB contract is coming to an end in Dec. It was discounted each month as a reward from when I last renewed. What happens at the end of this contract - will it return to full price or will it stay as it is on a rolling monthly basis?

It would revert to the normal cost of the service as opposed to the discounted price.
