Discount not applied

Good afternoon,

I have been a plusnet customer for coming up to 10 years and have never had any issues.

My contract was renewed again recently at the quoted cost of just under £40 a month, however this month I have been charged near to £50.

Looking through my bill I can see my discount has not been applied.

How can I get this refunded and ensure it is applied to future bills?
