Discount not applied

Received my DD payment notice today and noticed that the discount wasn't applied. Would be good if Plusnet staff picked this up and amended the payment or issued a refund. Thanks.

Okay, I've raised a question now via their Support centre.
Have only been with Plusnet for two months but already had to deal with some dodgy issues. You can feel real sloppiness oozing in the way they do things. And let’s not mention call waiting times. Really, not what I was expecting at all. Disappointed.
