Hello,im still within my 18mth fixd contractbut this months discount has not been applied,can someone check please. thank you.

I'm very sorry that your discount didn't come off the latest bill and for any inconvenience that this has caused. I've had a look into this now and my reply contains some account specific information. As that's the case, I've added it as a ticket on your account here.
