Discount not applied to latest bill

My latest bill doesn't reflect the contract discount and is £40.98 instead of the usual £26.99. Contract isn't due for renewal until Nov 2021. Is this a technical issue?

I'm sorry to see what's happened. I've reapplied the discounts now moving forward and issued you with a refund to cover the overcharge you should receive in your bank account within the next 5 to 10 working days.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

I think I'm having a similar issue as well where discount isn't being applied.  Can this be looked at here or would I need to contact Plusnet Support directly?

Apologies for the incorrect bill. 

I've reapplied your discounts now and added a credit towards your next bill to cover the overcharge.
