Discount missing - no query method

New billing system seems to have forgotten to apply agreed discount. Was OK in August. No chat 30mins queue on phone and no email route raise a query. Do I have to use snail mail?

Thanks for answering the question I eventually managed to raise. I didn't realise I was now out of contract. Sorted at a good rate.
