Discount for no service.

Good morning Plusnet,

I have 2 questions:

Firstly, I took over my deceased husbands Plusnet account, the Payment has always come from my bank account.  Due to a line fault, I was at least 3 weeks without service and I am wondering where is the refund for this inconvenience?

Secondly, I have received an email addressed to my husband explaining that there has been a change to his contract due to a price increase.  Which would have given us a  get out.  I was not offered or treated as a new customer, I have continued with his contract which is now mine.  Can I change supplier?  I would  look for something more competitively priced and lose the landline.

Hi @dugaezero, I have looked into the account for you and sent an email with some further information. Feel free to get back to us there if needed. Thanks!
