Discount ending before end of contract...

Hi, I'm contracted till 8th Aug, but today's bill for July shows my usual discounts as only applying until 18th July rather than the entire month (a £19.93 discount instead of the usual £34.32) Thus an overcharge of £14.39.

I know from experience that billing issues are common towards the end of contracts with PN. Can a staff member here have a look for me? (call wait was 40 mins when I tried earlier today)
