I have had s monthly £12 discount applied to my account, however my latest bill (end of July) the discount is only £9.29.
I have not been informed of anything and there is no indication as to why my discount has been reduced.
Please could this be looked into, refund me for the difference and correct the discount back to the original £12 per month figure?
