I had a discount of £11.99 for quite some time, didn't receive notification that with effect from this month it will no longer be the case. I only found out on my direct debit notice that I am due £11.99 more this month.
The email arrived regarding signing up to a fixed contract until 03/12/2019, otherwise my bill will be higher by £1.00 due to line rental increase.
Can anyone get back to me and advise if I sign up to a fixed term contract the bill will be amended to reflect discounts? Why are you not telling Customers their discount is due to end?
