Hi,
Please could someone take a look at Question #193056480 for me?
The summary is that after being overcharged for the past 14 months, you paused the direct debit, refunded me, and then because you didn't take the direct debit a block was put on my account I can no longer browse the internet.
I'd appreciate the block on the account being removed

This is getting better now. My account is showing as being in credit (eg Plusnet owe me money) and they're threatening to cut me off and go via a debt collection agency where 25% will be added on...!

It’s probably quicker to call 0800 432 0200 to get that sorted (if you haven’t already)
