Direct debit still pending

Hi,

I changed my payment details a few days ago on the website but it still says "Pending activation" every time I log in to check it. Is there anything else I have to do to activate it, either with Plusnet or with my bank?

 

(The button is also greyed out so I can't click and try it again.)
