Hi. My direct debit failed as the money was not in my account yesterday. I've made the payment today and my services are back up and running. I am worried that they will also try to take the DD in the next few days and if this happens I will have to pay charges to both by bank account provider and plusnet. If this happens I'll of paid twice for this month. How do I get clarification that this won't happen? Should I cancel the DD?
I'm glad to hear your service is now running as it should, as you have made a payment a direct debit instruction will not be instructed again until your next invoice. You can find proof of your latest payment.
