Direct debit has not been reduced to show paid-up-front line rental.

Thats about it.

If it's sorted out, I can forgive that.

BUT

I can't believe how unbelievably time-intensive it is to communicate with this company. I see it as total disrespect not to have an email address I can reply to, or a single click to leave us a message button. 

In my mind "does you prod " has changed to "make me embarrassed".

Sorry about the wait times, it's something we're working on.

 

With regards to your account billing, from what I can see your line rental saver is correctly applied and your latest invoice doesn't show a line rental figure. You can view your transactions here: https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0
