Direct debit date
Could someone please tell me what date my direct debit will go out of my bank acct ? my month end is the 1st of the month.
Not sure why d.d date cant be altered as with all other dd bills tho

It's just to do with the way our billing system works and isn't meant to penalize anyone. We're taking your feedback on board though.
