Direct Debit

I am unable to set-up a direct Debit online and neither can the customer service team, I've tried again today and just noticed I've been charged a late fee!!!

 

Are you serious!!?Huh

 

I've been on hold for ages now and giving up. Pls can someone reply and advise how a direct debit can be set-up as I consider this to be basic account management in this day and age!! The payment options just say none and the change payment method button is greyed out

Sorry to hear that.

As it's working our side, mind sending me a PM with a screenshot(Or post it up here removing any sensitive information) showing the "change payment method" button as greyed out?
