Direct Debit

Even though I left and started a new ISP on the 14th and despite a couple of tickets asking about whether it is all sorted ....... and notified you that the transfer had happened ............ I just received:

Well - no you won't because I have just cancelled it.

On checking my tickets I find:

What made me cross was being asked to sort it out myself.
JoJo - you're great but the people on the ticket system are pulling you guys down.

Today I received a letter (in addition to the emails) asking me to update my payment details or my internet would be restricted.
Like to see you try  Wink

I am not going to ring up or update anything - they can keep sending letters and I look forward to the one threatening me with court action  Grin
