I am unable to set-up a direct Debit online and neither can the customer service team, I've tried again today and just noticed I've been charged a late fee!!!

I've been on hold for ages now and giving up. Pls can someone reply and advise how a direct debit can be set-up as I consider this to be basic account management in this day and age!! The payment options just say none and the change payment method button is greyed out
