Direct Debit payments
I joined Plusnet a couple of months ago, and have never received a Direct Debit authorisation from Plusnet. The predictable result is that when the time comes to pay my bill, Plusnet's attempt to get the money from my bank fails.
I have spoken to a staff member, after waiting 25 minutes, but nothing has changed.
There does not seem to be a way to send an email to Plusnet explaining all this (?).
I am not prepared to give up a further 25 minutes of my time trying to get some sense into Plusnet.
