Direct Debit payment date

Does anyone know if Plusnet offer the facility to change the date the direct debit is taken? I think my direct debit date is currently 24th of each month and I am wanting it moved to on or after 28th?

I asked Plusnet support exactly the same question... Here was their reply:

Thank you for your query.
