I joined PlusNet about three months ago and my direct debit has never worked. Although the sort code and account details are correct, I think I originally entered an account title that is not precisely correct. Each time Plusnet has tried to do a direct debit, it has failed and they have emailed me and I have made payment by debit care AND, on each occasion, I have raised a support call to get the issue sorted and it never has been resolved. I can't fix it myself as the button to change my direct debit details is greyed out and won't work.
Can someone from the Plusnet accounts department PLEASE fix this or contact me - the current situation is a pain in the backside. Thanks!
