I would really like it if Plusnet were able to change my DD date. Now I know the general answer is not at this time but I've read elsewhere that it IS possible. So is it possible? If so, how can I go about getting this changed.

I think it is (or at least was) possible, but extremely messy, time consuming and likely to go wrong, so it is no longer done. The billing engine is in the process of being re-written (though can't recall hearing anything on it for a little while). I don't know it that will allow changes to Direct Debit Dates when that is completed.

At the moment we're unable to change billing dates. We are aware this would be useful and it is something we're looking into changing in the future. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
