Is it possible to change my direct debit to to my dads bank details?
Do you just update it and the old direct debit cancels?

Hi Y2J, You can update your billing details here. Just overwrite the ones that are already on your profile.

wtf is going on, i updated the direct debit info about 2 weeks ago with my dads info, PN tried to take money out of my bank
now my account is like suspended, need urgent response, i hope i dont get a charge as its not my problem
constant trouble with plusnet, starting to give up now

Hi there,
I don't think you left enough time between setting up the new direct debit and your billing date. Unfortunately direct debits take around 7-10 working days to be applied, and the bill was due 3 days after the new details were entered.
I can see it's now active and we've requested the payment from the new details so when that goes through things should be fine.

account.
To avoid any restrictions to your service you should pay within the next 9 days.
Is this just automated? or is there a problem

Hi there,
It's automated, should be fine. I've checked with finance and we requested payment from the updated DD on the 10th at around 1pm so I'd expect it to be going through soon - feel free to ignore the email (and quote this post should you need )
