I need to change my direct debit date from the 29th of the month to the 10th of the month, I will miss a payment today as no funds in account till the 8th of Jan,2021, I've tried for over 2 hrs to get through to cust services so now trying here, this also affects my mobile account, Thanks in advance

you can change your direct debit date yourself in your account. Logon to your customer portal and go to billing and update the payment date.
But as you have not paid on time (29th) then you will need to ring them to explain you need to change your payment date, otherwise your services will become restricted after so many days
