Difficulty of getting a refund

After paying initial subs of £27.99 on the 3rd. of september I cancelled the contract well within the required period and asked for a refund. After two further phone calls I still haven't received the refund AND IT'S NOW THE 7TH. OF NOVEMBER!!! CUSTOMER SERVICES?Huh

Hi @sholtg, I am sorry to hear you have not received your refund just yet and can only apologise for the frustration caused. I can see our billing operations team have updated you here. Essentially we have dispatched the refund and all is resolved. Let us know if you have not received this within 21 days.
