Did something increase recently?

If anyone has a minute, can they check why my October bill went up by £1.49.
It looks to me like my 4 previous bills had a special offer applied to it.  This was from when I enquired about a cheaper package as I was paying £21 initially for a 4mb line.
Now that offer seems to now longer apply.  I don't seem to recall it being a timed offer for x amount of months.
I've ordered fibre a few days ago, so no doubt it's all academic, but i'd be interested in knowing the reason for the increase/removal of the offer.

Hi Griff,
I can see ticket 46288114 from 6/9/11 where we applied the discount for 12 months as part of a special offer following an upgrade. So it's just that the discounts have expired.
