Did any one else get an email offer last year offering unlimited fibre broadband

and line rental for £25 per month,i signed up for this and asked the advisor how my prepaid line rental saver would be affected,he said my bill would be adjusted,since then(June 2017) have been paying approx' £35 per month,plus net say they have no record of this offer,QUESTION 165426582. I can not send a copy of the email offer to plusnet,support @plus.net bounces it back mail delivery failed.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
