I have relocated to France and have only 9 days left to pay the final balance - Unfortunately, I have been unable to get through on the 0800 number provided I have tried another number starting 013 !! but it does not work either. Is there another way to pay my bill online or through BACS ? I cannot even reply directly to the kind warning emails I get as any responses are not monitored. Help please
