I need to change my billing date - or at least the day of the month that the DD is processed. I have little money left in my bank towards the end of each month. I'm not alone in this dilemma, apparently PlusNet has been trying to set up a system to allow this for its customers for over 5 years! All my other DD's go out at the beginning of the month regardless of contract start dates etc. It seems that PN is the only outfit unable to offer a change to Direct Debit dates - Can't be rocket science!
