Desperate need to change date of Direct Debit.

I need to change my billing date - or at least the day of the month that the DD is processed. I have little money left in my bank towards the end of each month. I'm not alone in this dilemma, apparently PlusNet has been trying to set up a system to allow this for its customers  for over 5 years! All my other DD's go out at the beginning of the month regardless of contract start dates etc. It seems that PN is the only outfit unable to offer a change to Direct Debit dates - Can't be rocket science!

It doesn't matter how many times you post about this, it is not going to change any time soon.
If it is so important to you your only option is to find a different provider.
