I'm moving to BT ( for fttp ) and my activation date was originally 22/9.
BT informed Plusnet and I received an email from Plusnet confirming my leaving date. BT have now put the date back to 29/9
Do I have to contact Plusnet to inform them or will I automatically stay until BT eventually make the move?
I don't want to be left without broadband for a week.
