Delay to July bill

Just received an email announcing a one off delay to my July bill...is this perhaps the long awaited billing system upgrade?

Everyone who's due to be billed on the 4th 5th and 6th of July will be billed on the 7th July... as for why that's happening I couldn't possibly comment

I got one of those emails - but I thought it was spam.

Are the delays in July so that mistakes made in the price increases in June can be rectified?

Or most of the billing staff are American and Bourbon is very strong!
