I signed up yesterday for a new 12 month broadband contract with Plusnet, but my contract with my current provider does not end until 9 September. Is it possible to delay the start date?

I've had a look into your account this morning and I can see that our Provisioning Team are on this, with us currently awaiting the confirmation of the new orders. Once these have been confirmed you should receive another email.
