December payment???

Hi I have recieved an email to tell me about my december direct debit, but it is saying £39.99 when it should be £19.99.
This may be because I have just paid my november month late, but could you please sort it before a £39.99 payment goes out or I will be getting more bank charges this month.  I paid the outstanding £19.99 on tuesday morning.

If you incur bank charges as a result of erroneous billing by Plusnet you will be able to reclaim them from Plusnet.
