Deceased Father's Account

I am receiving emails from you regarding my deceased Father's account.  You have threatened the debt of £8.47 will be going to a debt collection agency.  I rang on Monday and waited over half an hour to speak to someone about this, only then to be cut off.  Please can I have telephone number where I can speak to someone direct without having to wait in a queue.  I will be referring this matter to the Ombudsmen.
