Deaf Customer trying to make a payment!! Help..

Hello, 

 

I would like to know how to make a payment to you without using the phone? Chat services were useless and told me to call up, or find someone to help me.. Charming! Email services were returned undeliverable.. so I'm pretty stuck.. Oh and the online payments system is no where to be seen, this was the advise after I complained to a manager via chat...  again today, I am being told to call up with no alternative! in the year 2017, you would have thought online payments was the norm! 

Can anyone help?

Unfortunately PN has been promising a new payment system for the past 8 years and counting Roll eyes

I'm really sorry that you seem to have had such a tough time trying to pay online, if you have an outstanding balance you can pay it online at plus.net/pay let me know how you get on.

@JonoH - it looks like there is an issue with that page as when I visit www.plus.net/pay I get the following:

Ahh there's a very specific reason why we're not able to take a payment for your account in this way, (I'll explain it on a ticket on your account) 

 

No rush though I've written off the outstanding balance.

@jaread83 The page only displays if you have an outstanding bill

Ah ha, thanks for clearing that up for me, I wil make a mental note of that... maybe we should have something that didn't look so broken if you don't have an outstanding bill? As a web developer, I tend to panic when I see broken web pages...

Also i get a bit peeved when i log into member center , first page i see is notification that i need to add an DD account Crazy3
