Hi Placed an order a week ago for my phone and fibre broadband, was told it broadband would go live today (03/03/14) and guess what.... the order still at "checking line" This is a disgrace!! Order was not placed automatically as it should have and you have ignored my ticket for FOUR days!! Not resolved today i will cancel my order and stay where i am. I'd rather pay more for a better service! Jason
