Placed order on 27th March. Transferring from BT infinity and was told it would take 5-7 days. Order tracker still showing status as "Checking your line". Payments already made regarding years line rental and adsl subscription. Order tracker still showing as checking line status. Contacted support hoping for an update. Here's hoping I haven't been forgotten about.
