I got at least two texts saying that my order would be due for completion on 15/7 but when I called the hotline this morning, they said it is gonna be on 18/7. I really need to use Internet ASAP. Can you just check if the order is already complete and tell me when the broadband is ready to use?

We're contacting our suppliers now to get more information so please look out for a reply to ticket 88640049 soon with more information.

Just a quick update to let you know that we've spoken with our suppliers, the order is due to complete before the end of today. I've just updated 88640049 with more info.
