However there are two statements by Plusnet the My Broadband Usage page:
"Any days where your usage is showing as 0KB is due to the usage being removed from our systems and will not count towards your
monthly allowance."
"Usage from the last 2 hours is not shown on this page"
As a customer, I see 0KB showing against my usage, yet I don't know if usage might be added outwith the stated 2 hours window.
I think Plusnet need to consider if their "recovery" action is in compliance with those two statements.
I am honest and so will pay for what I have used, but when I've already been offered something for nothing, I don't agree that it should be taken away again.

Overnight BBC iPlayer went mad and downloaded 50 past episodes of Click.
Total 13GB
My data usage stopped counting at 5.6GB, and zero for today.
Tech guy said to wait a day or two and hopefully it will sort itself out.
