Data charges

Hi plusnet,

Can you have a look at my latest statement and tell me why I have two charges for data at the end of the month where the amount of data is zero?

So we can take a look into this for you, can you please firstly DM me the following details so we can then progress with security:

 

- The mobile number in question

- Your full name & address including postcode

- Are you the account holder?

Characters 1&4 of your Memorable Place

The last two digits of your sort code and account number that we hold for you.
