Hi, as above, my Dad recently passed away and I need to get the Plusnet account switched into My Mums name (but keep existing contract etc in place). I'd also like to put my name down as an authorised user, so I can manage this for my Mum. How do I go about this - can I change it all online as we have access to the plusnet account via my Dad's login, or is it more difficult than this (i.e. you need to see death certificate etc)?
