DD puzzle

I am finding that Plusnet cannot seem to handle DD. First there was a delay because my DD was not taken, lucky for me Sharon intervened and everything went smoothly. A while after getting the internet connection I had my home phone package, the DD for that was fine. However I still have not been debited for my broadband. I don't mind if it is free  Grin but, as I am sure it is not, I do not want to face a heavy bill down the line. Perhaps Sharon can use her skills to sort this for me! TIA

Hi JohnCT,
I've checked the account and can see there's been a mismatch between the billing dates for phone and broadband. This appears to have been corrected and both are matched to the 20th each month, hence your bill for broadband is set to begin clearing via your direct debit on that date. Following that the funds should take around 10 working days to clear.
