I am in the process of joining Plusnet. However there seems to be a glitch in processing my DD. Plusnet help desk say that some banks take a long time to process DD. However looking at my bank account I see there is a Plusnet DD set up, could it still be my Banks fault? I have never had this happen with DD from other organisations.

I have checked your account and the direct debit is now showing as active. I've set the wheels in motion for the orders to be placed and will keep an eye on it until you're connected. If you've any questions in the meantime just give me a shout. Sorry about the wait, sadly some take longer than others to activate but this looks to have been done on Friday but it didn't trigger the ordering process.
I'll be keeping watch on it going forward just in case we encounter any difficulties. I look forward to speaking to you soon.!
