DD do you have to have one set up?

i really hate having DD set up as had big problems with them in the pass so wanted to know do PN allow you to not have a DD set up on account and pay by card each month?

for broadband - yes

for mobile - no - as far as I am aware

I have a dd with PlusNet been with them for almost 8 years still can't change the date it comes out of the bank communication company computer based. rubbish steam engine based and stupid answers too boot

Oldjim is correct. You can pay your monthly broadband subscription by card, but for a monthly mobile bill it would need to be paid by direct debit.
