The last two months I have been overcharged on my account, first by £8 and then £19.99. when I contacted Plusnet I was assured that it was corrected but don't think so. There excuse was that they made a mistake, that is unacceptable. If they make mistakes at other peoples expense they should correct it straight away not 10 days later. The customer support is not as it should be. Anybody else had similar problems?
