D D Overcharged

The last two months I have been overcharged on my account, first by £8 and then £19.99. when I contacted Plusnet I was assured that it was corrected but don't think so. There excuse was that they made a mistake, that is unacceptable.  If they make mistakes at other peoples expense they should correct it straight away not 10 days later. The customer support is not as it should be.  Anybody else had similar problems?

Hi there.

I'm sorry to see we've been overcharging you.

Unfortunately due to the way our billing system works we need to wait until the direct debit clears the invoice before refunding it.

However, from looking at your account, I can see this has since been rectified and I'm confident that your invoice next month will be correct.

Apologies for any inconvenience this had caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
