Customer support for broadband

Good evening,

 

I am getting frustrated trying to confirm my monthly costs for my broadband renewal.

 

I have a confirmation email with different numbers than my confirmation message online. In trying to confirm which price I should expect, your live chat sales assistant is getting me to call a number which isn't reaching anyone but asking me to post here. I was also advised to respond to the email which didn't get anywhere. I believe there are errors on my account management page as well as it is running into issues when trying to pull up my bills.

 

Please advise how I can discuss this with someone.
