We can't help with that, but I doubt that can be done today anyway as there is only a skeleton staff over the weekend.

Well I want a re connection on my broadband till Monday then I can pay my bill
I have a vague recollection that if an account is in failed billing, then calling from the account phone number will get redirected to billing, which is of course closed at the weekend.
OR am I mistaken ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
