I have an issue with my broadband and tried ringing Plusnet, are they closed on Sundays now?

Should be open 8am to 8pm 7 days/wk

That's what I thought but when I ring up it says "sorry this line is now closed" I've tried multiple numbers and all say the same message.

My services have been suspended. I paid my bill on 23rd of February and it says I don't owe anything. I'm now sat here with no Internet and using up my mobile data. I have bad anxiety and I'm starting to get panicky. There's even proof on my account that I paid. I even tried clicking on the link where it says to resume services for so many days but I get an error when that happens. I don't know what to do. It's stressing me out

That is unfortunately an issue you need to contact PN about, but I assure you the number I quoted works.
